2. Eligibility

3. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final
All sales are final. By purchasing any of our Services—including but not limited to sports consulting, analytics, digital products, daily passes, memberships, mentorship packages, and any other offerings—you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, credits, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of performance, perceived value, personal circumstances, satisfaction, or any other reason. All transactions are binding and non-reversible.
Chargebacks and Disputes: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor will be considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately terminate your access to all Services; (b) pursue the disputed amount plus any associated fees through collections; and (c) take any legal action available to us to recover damages, including attorney's fees and court costs. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you fully understand and voluntarily accept this No Refund Policy and waive any right to claim a refund or reimbursement.
4. No Liability Disclaimer
Santana Locks LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and independent contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services. Specifically, we are not responsible for: (a) any financial losses, betting outcomes, or investment decisions made based on our content, advice, analysis, or picks; (b) any losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in content delivery; (c) any third-party actions, platform outages, or changes to betting markets; or (d) any emotional distress, lost profits, or other intangible losses. 5. No Warranties or Guarantees

6. Client Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to: (a) assume full responsibility for your own financial decisions and acknowledge the risks inherent in sports betting, trading, and investing; (b) use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only; (c) not redistribute, resell, share, screenshot, record, or otherwise disseminate our content, picks, analysis, or any proprietary information without our express written permission; (d) not use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our content; and (e) comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding sports betting and gambling in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property: All content, picks, analysis, methodologies, branding, and materials provided through our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Santana Locks LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
7. Subscription and Membership Terms
Certain Services may be offered on a subscription or membership basis (daily passes, weekly, monthly, or other recurring intervals). By subscribing, you agree that: (a) your subscription will continue until you cancel; (b) cancellation must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges; (c) cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any current or prior billing period; and (d) we reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or benefits of any subscription tier with reasonable notice.
8. Communications and Marketing
By purchasing our Services or subscribing to our email or SMS lists, you consent to receive communications from Santana Locks LLC, including transactional emails and order confirmations, promotional emails and marketing content, SMS/text messages with offers and updates, and notifications through any platform you have subscribed to (email, SMS, Discord, Instagram, etc.). Opting Out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any SMS message, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to your purchases.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity or chargebacks; (c) redistribution or unauthorized sharing of our content; or (d) abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team or other customers. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Santana Locks LLC for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Santana Locks LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. Each party shall bear its own costs in any dispute, except as otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and No Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Santana Locks LLC regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
